• Databackups and previous versions. This is the ability to backup your company information easily and securely and also the ability to allow users to restore previous versions of documents themselves.

• Staff have access to shared information both through sharing calendars/contacts and mail folders in Outlook but also with the included Intranet, based on Microsoft’s Windows Sharepoint Services.

• The Remote Web Workplace is a portal that allows employees to access their email, company intranet and email whilst out of the office, therefore helping to ensure they are always up to speed.

Purchasing a T24 SBS is only the start for your business; you need to be confident that you will have the support and expertise on hand right from the planning and installation through to supporting your server over the coming months and years. At T24, we know this and we have made sure that we are able to be with you every step of the way.• T24 have a dedicated team of technical staff on hand to help right from specifying the server through to ongoing support and development.
• We work closely with you during the specification of the server and gather the necessary information ready for the installation of the server, to ensure that everything goes smoothly from day one.
• Once our technical consultants have installed the server and got you up and running, we ensure that the server is then monitored. This means that we will be informed of the servers performance and we can take proactive measures if we see a problem coming.
